The Carob Coconut Cream is a mixture of nutbutter, roasted caraob powder, a little maple syrup, vanilla, and thick coconut milk.

 

Kamut Sausage Patties

Ingredients

8 Cups of cooked rolled Kamut (thick oatmeal would work)

1 TBLSP Chia Seeds

1/2 TBLSP Hungarian Paprika

1 TBLSP Pizza Seasoning

1/2 TBLSP Italian Seasoning

2 tsp Garlic Powder

2 tsp Onion Powder

2 tsp Sage

1 TBLSP Fennel Seeds (bruused/crushed)

2 tsp Salt

1 TBLSP & 1 tsp Olive Oil

 



Kamut Sausage Patties Directions

Mix all ingredients, except 1 tsp Olive Oil in a large bowel.  Save the small amount of Olive Oil for a thin coat on your baking sheet.

Pre-heat oven to 350*

Press patties out in a canning jar lid and ring.  Place on lightly oiled baking sheet.

Bake for 20 minutes, then flip and bake another 20 minutes.  Add 10 minutes if needed to make them golden brown.


Yeild:

30 Sausage Patties (using pint size lid) or 60 Sausage Balls.
